IggyRob - humanoid robotics for industrial applications
Meet iggyRob, the smart service robot from igus! It transports components flexibly through factory halls, performs reception tasks with a friendly smile and reliably takes dishes to the cafeteria for washing. Thanks to its virtual face on the display, LIDAR sensors and 3D cameras in the chest area and vehicle, iggy navigates effortlessly through factories, lobbies and cafeterias.
Its two ReBeL cobot arms with bionic hands can grip like a person and impress with a reach of 664mm and a load capacity of 2kg per arm. With a speed of up to 45°/s, iggy completes its tasks quickly and efficiently.
Mobility is provided by the AMR base from the ReBeLMove Pro, which impresses with a load capacity of 50kg and a payload of up to 100kg. The strong three-point bearing and alignment with modern infrastructure make the iggyRob a reliable helper. It operates continuously for up to eight hours on a single battery charge - ideal for industrial use.
Igus Robot Control on board
Users can simulate the individual movements of the robot on a 3D surface using the free [Link id="418"] software. They don't even need to connect the iggyRob. The humanoid assistant can be easily integrated into modern robot environments via the AMR's specially developed ROS2 interface. In accordance with the VDE 5050 interface, the iggyRob is approved for fleet management and has CE certification.
