The power pack in the large installation size

The largest stepper motor in the product range impresses with its extremely high torque in the lower speed range. The stepper motor works precisely, is robust, cost-effective and easy to control. It is used in automation, e.g. CNC machine adjustment or robots. The motor connection has a Molex connector. This protrudes 300mm from the rear part of the motor housing. The advantage of this connector is that it is more cost-effective than the metric connector. The encoder also has a JST connector. But this has no cable. The cable from the motor control system is connected directly to the encoder.

Tech up:

• Recognising and correcting step losses - important in dynamic applications with high demands on accuracy and process reliability

Cost down:

• 24V versions of the encoders are particularly relevant for industrial environments. They offer greater interference immunity and enable longer cable lengths without signal loss

Proof:

• Compatible with higher-level control systems, especially PLC systems (e.g. Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R) with standard 24V signal level for digital inputs
