新材料持續暴露在日光直射中：iglidur® J UV材質
 
先進材料，耐UV增強
現在，乾式軸承不僅應用於簡單襯套中，也越來越多地用於特殊條件。例如長時間暴露在紫外線照射中。 igus®因此研發了一種新型材料：iglidur® J UV。這款 UV 材料的摩擦係數和耐磨損度等摩擦特性與耐磨的標準材料 iglidur J材質相當。 最初，標準的襯套軸承有帶法蘭和不帶法蘭兩款型號可供選擇，最大軸直徑可達 20 mm。 根據客戶的要求，還可提供與 iglidur J 一樣的其他標準尺寸和客製化的特殊尺寸。
