イグスの耐摩耗トライボテープでスムーズな摺動2018/9/12
イグス株式会社の「トライボテープ」は、滑らかで静⾳、しかも簡単に無潤滑のす べり動作が求められる用途で幅広く使用されている摺動テープです。従来品からさら に寿命を延ばすため、モーション・プラスチック（※）カンパニーのイグスは、この 度裏⾯粘着テープ付きトライボテープを改良しました。新しい接着剤により、シート は一段と高い粘着性を発揮し、よれたり剥がれたりせずに⻑く使用できます。新接着 剤はFDA準拠のため、食品関連分野での使用にも適しています。 「トライボテープ」は、例えば既に家具の調節部分に使用されていたりします。ま た、埃や木材チップが飛散する木工産業にも有益です。「トライボテープ」が鋸刃の 回転ストッパーを動きやすくすることで、木質繊維断熱板の切断作業を簡易化できま す。テープは完全無潤滑であるため、おが屑が摺動⾯に固着することはありません。 |
