イグスの送りねじ製品群に 新材質イグリデュールJ200製ナットが登場2019/3/14 イグス株式会社（東京都墨⽥区）の豊富な送りねじシステム製品群に、耐久性に優 れた⾼性能の新材質イグリデュールJ200が加わりました。オンラインツールの送りね じコンフィギュレータでは、多条ねじ、台形送りねじ、メートルねじを使ったシステ ムを構成し、ナットの予測寿命を確認することができます。 送りねじは回転動作を直動運動に変換するもので、位置決めの⾼速／低速の調節も 可能です。⾃⼰潤滑性のあるイグスの送りねじユニットの⽤途は、鉄道⾞両乗⾞⼝の 可動式ステップ（画像1）や、3Dプリンター、バルブアクチュエータ、化学やプロセ ス⼯学分野の器具類など多岐に及びます。このような様々な機能に対応するため、イ グスの送りねじコンフィギュレータ(www.igus.co.jp/leadscrewshop)では、メートルね じ、台形ねじ、多条ねじを使った幅広い駆動システムや技術を選択してオンラインで 構成できたり寿命予測できたりします。また、両端加⼯の送りねじ図⾯作成、オンラ イン⾒積依頼も可能です。送りねじは70種類を超えるピッチと3種類の材質、ナット 材質は耐久性に優れたイグリデュールJ200を含む9種類で、10種類の様々な形状が⽤ 意されています。イグスは5,000種を超える送りねじの組み合わせを取りそろえ、世 界最⼤規模のラインアップを提供しています。 |
