xiros® ball transfer unit, sliding design for high impact loads

xiros® polymer ball transfer units are ideal for conveyor technology and the transport of sensitive goods. They run smoothly and, depending on the product variant, have a high load-bearing capacity or special properties such as antistatic dissipation. One hundred percent absence of lubrication prevents contamination of the conveyed goods. Our ball transfer units allow movement in any direction and are therefore the perfect solution for the requirements of various industries.

The stainless steel balls previously used in our ball transfer units are replaced by a sliding insert made of our own iglidur® J3B. The stainless steel load-bearing ball now no longer runs on support balls as in previous versions, but on the glide insert.

But why iglidur® J3B? Our material is characterized by its special wear resistance, low coefficients of friction, good media resistance and low moisture absorption.
