iglidur® H | 耐高溫、耐化學品性強

iglidur® H 是特別開發用於高度潮濕環境或水下應用的纖維強化熱塑性材質。 iglidur® H 材質製成的平面軸承完全免上油；在潮濕環境的應用中，周圍媒介可充當額外的潤滑劑。 適用溫度高達 +200℃。 與硬軸配合使用時具有非常低的摩擦係數。

公差和測量系統
iglidur® 平面軸承的安裝高度和公差與材料和壁厚有關。 對於每種材料，水分吸收和熱膨脹都是決定性因素。 低吸水率的平面軸承在設計時可以允許較小的軸承間隙。 壁厚的規則：軸承壁越厚，間隙必須越大。

iglidur®平面軸承是壓配式的軸承。 只有在壓配到具有正確公差的軸承座中後才可以調整內徑。 壓配過盈量最大為內徑的 2%。 這樣可確保軸承的牢固壓配。防止軸承座中的軸向或徑向移動。
